Change is life. It cannot be predicted with certainty, but with the proper tools, it can be managed. Calling on the assistance of an expert facilitator is one of the tools organizational leaders can use to increase the likelihood of success.
A facilitator is an unbiased expert in guiding meetings of two or more individuals, groups, or teams to a conclusion with clear results. In his role as facilitator, Mr. Clark seeks to help the participants set an agenda for their meeting; ensure their interests are heard and understood; manage use of time and pacing; and offer his insight and advice, when appropriate, to assist the participants in their decision-making.
Mr. Clark’s expertise is useful in labor-management meetings, collective bargaining negotiations, board meetings for private businesses and nonprofits, and for achieving consensus and making deals within and among organizations.
