Clark Legal Solutions, Inc., draws on Mr. Clark’s 18 years of experience serving public and private organizations and associations, with proven results in helping clients to successfully navigate difficult conversations in order to prevent and resolve workplace problems. Mr. Clark’s goal as a Facilitator and Mediator is to enhance organizational performance through improved communication and conflict competency among coworkers. In addition, he has expertise as a neutral, impartial attorney in gathering facts, evaluating legal issues, and presiding over quick, effective dispute resolution when appropriate. Mr. Clark's services are available in the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan area and nationally.

 

EMPLOYMENT HISTORY

CONFLICT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Mediator or Facilitator for resolution of hundreds of workplace conflicts, concerning federal, local, and private organizations and their employees
  • Arbitrator or Administrative Judge in over 75 cases, involving, among other subjects, employment law, collective bargaining, and business contracts
  • Adviser for organizational clients on design and effectiveness of conflict management systems, and management of related programs
  • Subject Matter Expert, Drug-Free Workplace plans and policies. Through partners Kunz and Company, Inc. and The CDM Group, Inc., review plans developed by federal agencies to comply with Executive Order 12564, Drug-Free Federal Workforce, for the Department of Health and Human Services/Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration/Division of Workplace Programs
